KeyTrak announces ADP interface certification

ADP has formally certified KeyTrak’s direct interface between their ADP Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and the KeyTrak key management systems.  This direct interface allows ADP dealerships the ability to transfer their vehicle, user and repair order information from their ADP system directly to their KeyTrak system.

The import process of transferring vehicle data directly from the ADP system dramatically reduces the time previously needed to either manually upload or key punch vehicle and user data.  Additionally, the interface improves data accuracy, removing the potential for key punch errors and missing information.

KeyTrak Vice President of Sales Richard Battle says, “This is an extremely exciting benefit for the KeyTrak ADP dealers.  This interface is a huge enhancement for the dealer operations side.  Vehicle data can simply be transferred between systems electronically so when the vehicle arrives on the lot, all that is needed to do is tag the keys and put the vehicles on the lot.”

In addition to the transfer of new vehicle information, the interface features an update upload that transfers changes to existing vehicle records, keeping the KeyTrak system information up-to-date and current with the dealer’s DMS records.
