Administrative Assistant
College Station, TX

As an Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for creating and/or reviewing contracts for accuracy while verifying that the items sold meet the current requirements. You will answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and handle requests from internal departments, external sales personnel, and customers. You will also update customer information programs, process and respond to customer correspondence, and work to create any necessary legal amendments to contracts. This position works directly with sales personnel and works on various sales related projects.

If you exhibit high attention to detail, strong writing and pc skills and a professional attitude this is the role for you!

Requirements:

  • Basic PC skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Access knowledge is a plus

Administrative Sales Assistant
College Station, TX

As an Administrative Sales Assistant you will be responsible for the communication and logistical transfer of information between the Reynolds sales force and new or existing customers. You will be the primary liaison within this department to ensure all necessary site details for the installation of a new system or add-on installation are communicated efficiently and effectively.

In this role you will have the responsibility of working with our sales force directly, contacting customers through phone and email, processing installations and coordinating department operations. Expectations for this position also entail a desire to learn our products and systems and their features and how various forms of hardware and software operate. Product Support Representative
College Station, TX

As a Product Support Representative you will work primarily with KeyTrak, a Reynolds subsidiary company which provides key tracking and key security solutions to industries such as medical, automotive, commercial, and many others.

Your duty will be to maintain and improve knowledge of KeyTrak products and operations by acting as a liaison among our outside sales representatives, customers and internal departments. As part of your training, you will gain a working comprehension of our entire KeyTrak product line, including how our products impact certain industries, what benefits we have to offer, and what our sales team needs to be successful. Specific duties will include developing and maintaining product training guides for sales representatives, answering any questions our associates or customers might have regarding our products and services, and resolving product support issues as they arise.
