Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association Fairfield, OH | March 22, 2012 | Booth #TBD The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky Apartment Association (GCNKAA) is a nonprofit trade association representing multifamily owners, managers and developers, as well as companies who supply a product and/or service in the Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area.

The Association serves the multifamily housing industry by providing legislative services, education courses and networking opportunities. Through its strong connection with the Ohio and Kentucky Apartment Associations and the National Apartment Association, GCNKAA members are represented on the local, state and national levels. GCNKAA represents over 400 members made up of Primary and Associate members.

CAA is dedicated to providing services and products that will help its members operate their rental housing successfully and profitably.

The Trade Show & Education Conference (TSEC) is held annually by CAA. The TSEC is held for member and non-member executives, managers and employees of the multifamily rental housing industry. The majority of the roughly 540 attendees per year are property managers, followed by leasing and maintenance staff.
