KeyTrak Auto and Service Plus System Updates Provide Users with Additional Control, Convenience and Security

College Station, TX — February 18, 2014 — KeyTrak, the leading provider of key and asset management systems, recently released a series of updates that provide Auto and Service Plus system users with the ability to configure and utilize multiple interfaces, receive prompts when a feature is near expiration and access security camera footage.

“We are always looking for ways to help our clients more conveniently use our systems to reduce their risk of lawsuit, loss and liability,” said Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “These new updates give them not only more convenience but also more control and security over their keys and assets.”

Many KeyTrak Auto and Service Plus clients currently use DMS interfaces to maintain their system information, such as vehicle inventory. However, with the new update, they can now use a variety of interfaces, such as SmartLink, to control different types of data at the same time.

Administrators can now add a security camera to their system to view a visual record of activity when users are checking out or returning keys and assets. The camera will provide an additional audit tool due to the fact that it records the transaction process, from the time a user logs on to the system until the drawer is closed.
