To help you fit your key and asset management responsibilities into your busy schedule, you can use the Auto Run Report feature to have detailed reports automatically sent to any number of email addresses.
Work Order prioritization and Tracking
The KeyTrak work order tool can be used to organize and manage an office's work orders. It tracks what is being worked on, who is working on what, the supplies and parts needed and used in each work order, and the parts and supplies inventory. This helps maintenance staff prioritize requests and ensure the necessary parts will be on hand when needed.
Integrate KeyTrak with your current system
With our SmartLink Plus application, you can sync data between your KeyTrak system and your facility management system so you only need to check one system instead of two to get important data.
We also offer a direct integration with the Lenel OnGuard system, allowing you to import Lenel user data, including access card information, to your key control system. You can view transactions from the Lenel software as well, giving you the ability to monitor security concerns from one central location.

From the moment a carrier drops off a package to the time it is picked up by the recipient, the KeyTrak system logs every step, protecting your business from liability and ensuring that recipients get their packages in a timely manner.
