This April, KeyTrak will be participating in three regional property management trade shows to help property managers solve security and administrative challenges related to key control. The shows KeyTrak representatives will be attending are the CAA Connect Rental Housing Conference & Expo 2016 in Santa Clara, CA on April 5; the PMEXPO 2016 in Washington, DC on April 6; and the Chicagoland Apartment Association 2016 Trade Show and Education Conference in Oakbrook Terrace, IL on April 12.

“Some of the top challenges property managers have are restricting access to their keys and implementing a reliable method for tracking where those keys are at all times,” said Richard Battle, KeyTrak vice president of sales. “Our electronic key control systems help solve those challenges by creating a 100 percent automatic verifiable audit trail. Having a way to track who has accessed tenants’ keys reduces the likelihood of losses, liability and lawsuits.”

At the show, participants will be able to learn more about KeyTrak’s Multifamily Plus system, which includes software specifically designed for the multifamily housing industry. In addition to managing keys, the system can track work orders, employee time clocks and packages. It also has the ability to integrate with property management systems.
