KeyTrak releases Guardian update that simplifies asset security
The process of keeping your assets safe and secure just got a lot easier. The Guardian by KeyTrak has revolutionized the way facilities protect and control their assets and now that process has been simplified without jeopardizing security and accountability.
The first part of the update simplifies the asset check out process for the Guardian lockers. Using feedback from customers, custom locker access restrictions can now be assigned, similar to check out reasons, to allow for more streamlined and simple transactions. The new locker check out process also prompted the creation of a new asset report that will give detailed information on all assets that are checked out of the secure cabinet, providing management even greater accountability of their staff.
The second part of the update allows users to set up autorun reports that access information from any Guardian system on their network. This means accounting for assets at different facilities has never been easier. “These updates truly make a total lockdown solution like the Guardian simple and easy to use while still serving its primary purpose of properly securing all desired assets” said Keith Beyer, Product Development Manager. “We listened to our customers and made the necessary updates to streamline their daily asset management procedures.”
