We have 252 apartments and several other areas that have keys to them as well. Before purchasing KeyTrak, our biggest key control issue was keys lost by "NOT ME." Now, we know exactly who has/had the keys last. Also, if residents think we have been in their units unauthorized, we can show them the last time the key was logged out and to whom. Plus, we can keep track of vendors with keys.
