KeyTrak, Inc. a leading provider of key and asset management systems, has announced a series of updates to its KeyTrak Guardian system. The changes will give Guardian clients greater control over transaction data and system user accounts and additional security options for their key control systems.

Vice President of Sales Richard Battle said: “We are pleased to announce these system enhancements to the Guardian. Our customers’ key control needs are continually evolving, and as such we are committed to making regular adjustments to our systems in order to continue meeting our customers’ needs.”

As a result of the updates, managers will have enhanced remote management capabilities, including the ability to transfer data files to a remote PC via eBLVD. In addition, features such as user registration via the driver’s license scanner and a new User Asset Access report will help KeyTrak Guardian administrators manage user accounts. For additional security, personnel may also choose to have notification emails sent from the KeyTrak Guardian system to email servers using SSL communication protocols.

Current KeyTrak customers who would like more information about the updates may contact their sales representative for more information.
