KeyTrak, the leading provider of key and asset management systems, will be participating in the Great Lakes Association of College and University Housing Officers (GLACUHO) 2015 Annual Conference November 8-10 in Flint, MI. The event concludes a series of meetings with higher education housing officers during the year 2015.

“We first began participating in ACUHO conferences in 2013 and quickly realized there was a demand for electronic key control solutions in this market,” said KeyTrak Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “With security being a top issue on higher education campuses, housing officers have responded positively to our offerings. Specifically, they recognize the benefit of having a 100 percent automatic verifiable audit trail to reduce their properties’ risk of loss, liability and lawsuits.”

At the conference, KeyTrak will be promoting its three electronic key control platforms, each of which is designed to meet specific organizational needs.

The standard KeyTrak system stores keys in a locking steel drawer, comes with industry-specific software and can be integrated with property management systems and other applications. For high-security needs, The Guardian Versatile Smart Panel (VSP) system contains keys in a tamper-resistant steel panel and allows valuable assets to be stored in lockers. If users prefer a simple yet secure interface for basic key tracking, keys can be stored in the Key Systems steel cabinet.

KeyTrak representatives will be available at the event to speak with attendees about which system best meets their needs.
