KeyTrak, the leading provider of key management systems, will return to the National Apartment Association (NAA) Education Conference & Exposition this year to demo the KeyTrak Multifamily Plus systems. The show will take place June 15-18 in San Francisco, and the demos will be available in booth #1005.

“This year, we are going to focus on communicating the message that our systems can provide more than key control,” said Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “In addition to providing superior protection of keys and assets, we want to show how our multifamily-specific software can be used to track resident packages, maintenance requests and more.”

Using an electronic drawer and iButton key tags, KeyTrak’s Multifamily Plus system can track system activity as soon as a key is removed. When a key is removed, the system sends email alerts to residents to notify them that the key to their units have been checked out. The system also uses secure access levels and a tamper-proof drawer to prevent unauthorized users from removing keys. It can be integrated with property management software such as MyBuilding.org to ensure resident information is kept up-to-date.

Other property management functions of the system include a package tracking feature to reduce the number of misplaced resident packages, a time clock for tracking employee work schedules and a work order management function to help maintenance staff manage maintenance requests.
