KeyTrak, Inc., a leading provider of key and asset management solutions, will join more than 250 members of the Florida Association of Governmental Fleet Administrators (FLAGFA) at the Plaza Resort and Spa in Daytona Beach, FL from September 12 to 14. KeyTrak will be showcasing its key control solutions at the semiannual vendor exhibition and conference to help fleet administrators improve their site security.

“We are looking forward to attending the 2012 FLAGFA conference and showing how KeyTrak helps the government by reducing risk of liability, improving efficiency and providing better protection for our fleet administrators,” said Vice President of Sales Richard Battle.

FLAGFA is dedicated to promoting and improving the fleet management profession by actively sponsoring on-site training and scholarships to encourage the professional development of its members, technicians and staff. At the conference, members will have the opportunity to network with other fleet administrators and exchange information and ideas around fleet management.

KeyTrak’s computerized systems help fleet administrators protect their fleet inventory by automatically recording when users return or remove the keys to fleet vehicles, creating a 100 percent verifiable audit trail. The KeyTrak Guardian, a system created for high-security needs, individually locks down every key in a wall panel, except the keys a user has access to check out.

FLAGFA is the largest and oldest association of local government fleet management professionals in the United States, representing most cities, counties and state agencies within Florida. To enhance and broaden the knowledge and abilities of fleet management professionals within the public sector, FLAGFA offers its members programs designed for personal, professional and organizational growth to its members.
