KeyTrak, the leading provider of key management systems, is returning to the National Apartment Association (NAA) Education Conference & Exposition this year to demo its KeyTrak Multifamily Plus systems. The demos will be available in booth #1637 during the show, which will take place June 24-27 in Las Vegas.

“At this year’s show, we’re going to be focusing on how our systems provide more than key control,” said Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “Although we do provide superior protection of keys and assets, we also want to communicate the message that our system can be used to track resident packages, maintenance requests and more.”

Designed to increase security and streamline property management tasks, KeyTrak’s Multifamily Plus system uses an electronic drawer and iButton key tags to track system activity as soon as a key is removed. When a key is removed, the system offers the capability to send email alerts to residents when the key to their units have been checked out. To prevent unauthorized users from removing keys, the system uses secure access levels and a tamper-proof drawer. It integrates with property management software such as MyBuilding.org to ensure resident information is kept up-to-date.

The system’s other property management functions include a time clock for tracking employee work schedules, a package tracking feature to cut down on misplaced resident packages, and a work order management function to help maintenance staff manage maintenance requests.
