KeyTrak, Inc., the leading provider of key and asset management systems, will join more than 300 exhibitors at the 2012 Atlanta Apartment Association (AAA) trade show, the Southeast’s largest show dedicated to the apartment industry. Held May 16, the event gives multifamily professionals the opportunity to learn about the latest products and services available in the industry. KeyTrak will be presenting its multifamily-specific key control solutions in booth #627.

“Our attendance at AAA allows KeyTrak to show our solutions to the multifamily industry in the Metro Atlanta area and allows us to learn from AAA’s members,” said Steve Robinson, regional manager for KeyTrak. “We pick up knowledge on operations, legislative changes and activities. If it’s happening in the Georgia multifamily industry, odds are that AAA is in the middle of it. AAA tells us about where the multifamily industry is heading, so we adapt our products and solutions to meet the needs of the industry.

“One such change is our new Compact Server,” Robinson continued. “Our new hardware is low profile and high powered and has added features that enable remote property managers and owners to manage personnel via our Web Plus applications. Couple these additions with the industry-specific Multifamily Plus software application, and you have a complete solution for on-the-move management professionals in the apartment industry.”

KeyTrak’s Compact Server is a small form factor server that was released in early 2012 as an alternative to KeyTrak’s standard size server. The Compact Server offers KeyTrak clients greater space efficiency and reduces clients’ power consumption.

The AAA is the multifamily housing trade association for the Atlanta Metro area. Founded in 1975, AAA is one of the largest local apartment associations in the country and an affiliate of the Georgia Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association. Currently, AAA represents more than 1,600 member companies consisting of 400 companies managing 330,000-plus apartment homes and over 1,200 businesses that provide products and services to the industry.
