KeyTrak, Inc., the leading provider of key management systems, will attend the Association of College and University Housing Officers – International (ACUHO-I) Annual Conference and Exhibition and the APPA: Leadership in Educational Facilities Annual Meeting and Exposition in July.

At these trade shows, KeyTrak will educate educational facilities management professionals on how its systems can improve campus safety procedures by providing essential key and asset management. ACUHO-I will be in Seattle, WA July 9-12, and APPA will be in Nashville, TN July 12-14.

“Higher education institutions require high levels of security when it comes to asset management,” said Vice President of Sales Richard Battle. “KeyTrak systems are designed to provide a way to enhance campus safety with essential asset control for higher educational facilities.”

At ACUHO-I and APPA, attendees will learn about KeyTrak’s tamper-proof electronic key management systems, which reduce the risk of loss, lawsuits and liability. The systems require authorized users to enter a unique password or scan their fingerprint to access only keys essential to their job function.

The system provides a 100 percent automatic verifiable audit trail of key activity and can notify system administrators when a key has not been returned for a period of time, or when someone makes an invalid login attempt.

For more information about how KeyTrak systems can benefit higher educational facilities, visit booth #248 at ACUHO-I or booth #524 at APPA. For more information about ACUHO-I and APPA, visit acuho-i.org and appa.org.
