KeyTrak, Inc., the leading provider of key and asset management systems, will return to NADA this year in Las Vegas, NV from March 23 to 25. In booth #3284C, representatives will show attendees how KeyTrak’s solutions go beyond key security, helping dealers reduce liability and increase operational efficiency.

“By securing keys and assets in a system with multiple authentication methods, KeyTrak’s systems reduce your risk of theft and therefore reduce your liability,” said KeyTrak Vice President of Sales Steve Robinson. “What’s more, the system’s ability to track each key gives you a more efficient way to manage, secure and distribute keys. But KeyTrak’s benefits don’t stop on the sales floor. Our team provides continual support, post-install review, additional training and long term ongoing business assistance programs. Ultimately, we want to help you get the most out of your KeyTrak system, and we do that by adapting to your business, now and in the future.”

At the show, KeyTrak representatives will be on hand to introduce dealers to many new programs, including Engage and KeyTrak Cloud Backup.

The Engage program connects dealership employees directly to a KeyTrak consultant via webcam (provided by KeyTrak) to provide employees with the most effective training possible on their KeyTrak system. The consultations are designed to ensure dealers are using their KeyTrak systems to their full potential by covering topics ranging from basic system setup to custom reports and alarm settings. Consultants will analyze the dealership’s specific usage and construct a presentation to address each dealership’s specific needs.

The new KeyTrak Cloud Backup program provides hands-free off-site backup of the dealership’s key management data. Having an effective incident response strategy is crucial to minimizing downtime and preserving critical data and audit trails. KeyTrak Cloud Backup automatically creates secure KeyTrak backups via a private, secure cloud every night. If data needs to be restored, the service includes overnight shipping of a server that’s preloaded with the latest collected data or another selected backup point.
