KeyTrak is pleased to announce the promotion of Steve Robinson to president.

Robinson brings an extraordinary 35 years of service and leadership to this role. He joined Universal Computer Systems (UCS), which later acquired KeyTrak, in January 1991, supporting the Field Service department in South Florida. Prior to joining UCS, Steve honorably served in the U.S. Navy’s Nuclear Power Program — an experience that shaped his disciplined, systems-oriented leadership approach.

Over the course of his career with UCS, Robinson has held a wide range of technical, operational, and leadership roles across the organization. In 1999, UCS acquired KeyTrak, and in 2001, Robinson moved into Sales Operations leadership. Robinson’s leadership within KeyTrak continued to expand over time, including serving as regional manager of KeyTrak Sales for the Southeast, director of Sales, and ultimately vice president.

In his new role as president of KeyTrak, Robinson will continue to leverage his deep operational knowledge, sales leadership, and decades of industry experience to drive growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and support the ongoing success of the KeyTrak organization.
